Ornua is Ireland’s largest exporter of Irish dairy products, best known for Kerrygold, a dairy brand that is loved across the world.
For the launch of their Employer Brand, Ornua asked Murray Creative to develop an employer brand campaign that spoke to ambitious high-achievers of all levels of experience, and that reflected their brand values, their global reach, and their roots in Irish dairy.
Murray Creative developed a beautiful campaign that captures Ornua's roots in the farms and dairy co-ops of Ireland and their position as a global leader.
"Irish Beginnings, Global Success" is a recruitment campaign with a powerful brand message.
Launched first in Ireland, the campaign was global, both in theme and in practice, with ads developed for a range of markets around the world.
We developed a full set of templates and guidelines to ensure that the campaign could be rolled out worldwide in a consistent and cost-effective manner.
The press campaign was supported by a programmatic digital campaign.
As part of the project, we produced a video that captured the spirit of campaign, and gave an insight into the range of expertise employed at Ornua.
